②Make seasoned eggs that are essential for ramen.(Prepare this one day in advance)
※Don't worry, I'll teach you how to make it.
③Cut the ramen ingredients, add seasoning, and stir-fry.
④The noodles are not hand-made, but store-bought ones. This is common in Japanese home cooking.
⑥Gyoza is a steamed dumpling made of vegetables and meat wrapped in a flour wrapper.
The gyoza filling contains vegetables seasoned with garlic and ginger.
The ingredients include cabbage, green onions, and pork.
For vegetarians, we offer gyoza made only with vegetables.
