✤Homemade Soy sauce or Miso ramen & you can also make gyoza.
・You can choose between soy sauce ramen or miso ramen.
・Soup that even vegetarians can enjoy with confidence.
・We do not use any animal products and use dashi stock that brings out the traditional Japanese flavor.
・For vegetarians, only vegetables are used as ingredients.

    Ramen

    Ramen is a noodle soup dish and perhaps one of the most popular Japanese dishes. There are many flavours of ramen, such as Shoyu (soy sauce) ramen, Miso ramen, Tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen and so on. Common toppings are Chashu (braised pork), Negi (green onion) and Nori (dried seaweed).

  • Gyoza

    Gyoza

    Gyoza is a dumpling using wrapping thing dough to hold the inner ingredients. Most commonly, minced pork, cabbage, Garlic and Leek. The origin of Gyoza is from China but it has evolved uniquely in Japan and now quite different from the Chinese one.

Cooking Class Information

①I will teach you how to make traditional Japanese umami soup.
※Make TSUKUDANI, a Japanese home-cooked dish, using vegetables made from soup stock.
②Make seasoned eggs that are essential for ramen.(Prepare this one day in advance)
※Don't worry, I'll teach you how to make it.
③Cut the ramen ingredients, add seasoning, and stir-fry.
④The noodles are not hand-made, but store-bought ones. This is common in Japanese home cooking.
⑥Gyoza is a steamed dumpling made of vegetables and meat wrapped in a flour wrapper.
The gyoza filling contains vegetables seasoned with garlic and ginger.
The ingredients include cabbage, green onions, and pork.
For vegetarians, we offer gyoza made only with vegetables.

I have a car, so I will pick you up at Sabway Meijo line Chayagasaka Station.
My car seats 4 people, so I can carry up to 3 guests.
※If there are more than 3 of you, I will walk to the station to pick you up.

Please leave large luggage such as suitcases in coin lockers at the station.
