I worked at a Japanese sweets shop for 10 years, and now I work freelance, making use of that experience. I make custom-made sweets and hold classes. I also give English lessons, as I want people overseas to know about the deliciousness and beauty of Japanese sweets. In about two hours, you will make the famous "dorayaki" from Doraemon and beautiful "nerikiri" shaped like cherry blossoms. After making them, you can eat them with matcha that you made yourself. I will teach you carefully so that even beginners can easily make them. Why not try making traditional Japanese sweets?
