▪️In my Sicilian experience you learn to cook three typical local recipes with a person born and lived in Syracuse.For our menu we will use only local ,fresh and seasonal food.The menu always changes and we will cook three traditional recipes .You can advise Teresa on your food preferences.You will be immersed in nature, outdoors, in a relaxing and very pleasant environment. If you have time for a food experience on your holiday, this will be very instructive ,authentic ,fun ,in a lovely setting.Teresa teaches you how to turn good food into delicious and tradizional menu.You will eat the food cooked by you.

If you want to buy food at the market we will take a tour with small tastings the cost is €50 in cash per person one hour, starting at 8.45 in the morning. Next will be the lesson at my house.

Teresa conduce lezioni di cucina in un appartamento vicino a Ortigia e in zona balneare Arenella .Durante la lezione di Teresa parteciperai attivamente e potrai consigliare in anticipo intolleranze , preferenze se ami la carne, il pesce o se sei vegetariano perché le ricette cambiano tutti i giorni . Teresa non cucina gluten free per rispettare le ricette locali. Cucinerai arancine, cannoli, pasta fresca e tanto altro.
