-Pikachu Omelette
-Eevee rice ball seasoned with bonito flakes, soy sauce and cheese
-Monster ball Rice ball
-Boiled broccoli
In this cooking class, we can make a Pikachu character bento box together!
First, boil the broccoli and cut sausages.
Then cook an egg in a square pan and also pan fry rice and sausages seasoned with ketchup and salt. Let them cool and make a face shape with rice and cover with thinly cooked egg.
Second, to make Eeve's Onigiri, mix rice, soy sauce and cheese in a bowl and make a face-like shape and ears and bake them in a pan. Then, put some bonito flakes all around the face and ear.
Also, make rice balls for monster balls and place a cut-out kanikama.
Now, we put everything into a bento box. Cut nori into eyes, ears, and mouths shapes and put them on their faces.
Finally, we decorate the lunch box with broccoli and monster balls.
Thank you for visiting my page. I'm a certified cooking instructor with the Japan Association of cooking for Foreigners.
I was born and raised in Kawasaki city and moved to Nagoya 10 years ago. My father often invited his friends and relatives for dinner at my house. As a child, I liked seeing my mother making a lot of delicious Japanese dishes for home parties and enjoyed the atmosphere. Because of such experience, when I moved to California, I had often cooked Japanese food for my friends, and it was such a pleasure to see my friends enjoying the dishes.
I'm interested in engaging conversation with people from all over the world. Please share a story about you and your country while cooking at you house!
