Cooking Class Menu

Onigiri
Onigiri is a traditional Japanese soul food, and it’s the most familiar and special dish for us.
The classic fillings include tuna mayo, kelp, and salmon.
We can also accommodate dietary needs such as vegan, halal, and gluten-free upon request.

Miso Soup
Miso soup is an essential part of the daily meals for Japanese people.
Miso is also very good for your health.
We make it with traditional ingredients like onions, wakame seaweed, and fu (dried wheat gluten).

Tamagoyaki (Japanese Rolled Omelet)
Tamagoyaki is also a classic Japanese dish.
We season the eggs with dashi (Japanese soup stock) and other ingredients, then cook it in layers in a rectangular pan.

Stuffed with a a variety of fillings and flavors, these rice balls make an ideal quick snack and are a fun alternative to sandwitches for lunch.

Cooking Class Information

In this cooking class, we’ll make onigiri (rice balls) together!
We’ll also make miso soup and Japanese rolled omelet (tamagoyaki), which are the perfect match for onigiri.

You can try two ways of making onigiri: by hand and using a mold.

There’s no right or wrong way to make onigiri or miso soup—you can put anything you like inside!
I’ll also share some ideas on how to enjoy them in your own country.

We’ll also make fluffy and slightly sweet tamagoyaki together. It’s a classic Japanese dish and so delicious!

Onigiri often appears in Japanese anime, so many people might already know about it!
Please try making it for your family and friends when you return to your home country.
