My name is Erika, I've been working as a sushi chef for 3years and I teach people how to make sushi.
You will learn how to make authentic Japanese sushi using fresh ingredients and easy-to-follow techniques. No experience is needed - beginners are absolutely welcome!
We will make two types of sushi, such as:
• Nigiri (hand-pressed sushi)
• Maki (rolled sushi)
And making sushi rice and grate fresh wasabi
After making your own sushi, we will enjoy the meal together!
