Join a unique Japanese cooking experience in Osaka where you will not only cook, but truly understand the heart of Japanese cuisine.
In this class, you will learn how to make dashi, the foundation of Japanese cooking, and discover how simple ingredients create deep, comforting flavors.
You will also make your own miso from scratch — a traditional Japanese fermented seasoning that continues to develop even after you take it home.
After that, we will cook a delicious Japanese meal together using miso in different ways, so you can easily recreate these dishes in your own kitchen.
To finish, you will enjoy a relaxing matcha tea experience, a beautiful moment to slow down and appreciate Japanese culture.
This is not just a cooking class — it is a warm and memorable cultural experience.
