After that, we will cook a delicious Japanese meal together using miso in different ways, so you can easily recreate these dishes in your own kitchen.
To finish, you will enjoy a relaxing matcha tea experience, a beautiful moment to slow down and appreciate Japanese culture.

    Miso Soup

    Miso soup is a traditional Japanese soup. It's base is "dashi" (Japanese fish stock) and Miso paste. Common added ingredients are Tofu, Green onion and deep‐fried tofu but differs by personal preference. The type of miso is different from region. In western and Easter Japan white miso is mostly used.

II have over 20 years of professional experience in Japanese cuisine.
In my cooking experiences, you will do more than simply cook and enjoy a meal. You will also learn the essential foundations of Japanese cuisine,

・How to handle and prepare Japanese ingredients
・The fundamental techniques and principles of Japanese cooking

You will also discover the reasons behind Japanese cooking traditions, such as why kombu and bonito flakes are used together to make dashi.

As we cook together, I will share the knowledge, techniques, and food culture that have been passed down through generations—things that cannot be fully understood from a recipe alone.
