Cooking Class Information

In this cooking class, we will make three types of onigiri (rice balls), butajiru (a miso-based pork and vegetables stew), and yakitori.
Triangle-shaped rice balls are the iconic and essential food in Japan. Other than grilled salmon onigiri, we will make meat-wrapped onigiri, and grilled onigiri.
Butajiru is a hearty stew of pork and vegetables simmered with miso for a rich, savory flavor.
Onigiri and miso soup are not just meals; they are childhood memories and the warmth of the family.
Although there are many items on the menu, I will guide you through the key points of cooking, so even beginners with no cooking experience can feel at ease.
Why don't you make 'onigiri and miso soup' and experience interesting Japanese culture?
