Midori
Hello! I’m Midori. I live in a quiet suburb of Tokyo with my husband.
I work as a food coordinator, styling and cooking food for magazines and advertisements. My passions are cooking and traveling. Whenever I travel abroad, I love taking local cooking classes—it’s the best way to experience authentic culture beyond standard sightseeing.
I started this class because I want visitors to experience real Japanese daily life while cooking together. My recipes are simple, delicious, and specially designed so you can easily recreate them in your own kitchen back home.
I aim to create a cozy space where we can chat, laugh, and build wonderful memories together. I can’t wait to welcome you into my home!
