Hi, my name is Seiko Kahara. please call me Seiko. I have been operating a small Opengarden-Cafe in a rural area for about twenty years. I have been teaching various kinds of teas, Japanese cuisine, homemade sweets, and preserved foods. l think l can teach most of japanese dishes beside working hours.
