    Miso soup is a traditional Japanese soup. It's base is "dashi" (Japanese fish stock) and Miso paste. Common added ingredients are Tofu, Green onion and deep‐fried tofu but differs by personal preference. The type of miso is different from region. In western and Easter Japan white miso is mostly used.

I don’t use a rice cooker for cooking rice, so you will be able to cook rice with a pot in your home.

2, How to make dashi: Japanese soup stocks. That is a little bet complexity way, but I will also teach you easier ways.

Cooking miso soup is very easy! You can cook it soon. I will use seasonal vegetables for it.

4, How to make omusubi (rice ball)
Making omusubi is also very easy for you I guess and very fun!

I will reserve seasonal vegetables I already cooked.
