Temari zushi is a ball shaped sushi with a toppoing of fresh seafood, vegetables or Tsukemono(Japanese Pickled vegetables).
First, boil rice with rice cooker.
After stir through the rice vineger and suger, mix well, quickly cool down the rice.
And then, pick up a handful of rice and make it ball shaped on hands.
Finally, you can put ingredients on the ball shaped rice.
