Have you ever tasted freshly made Daifuku Mochi? They are so soft and fluffy, make perfect combination with sweet fillings. In this experience, you will be able to learn two versions of Daifuku Mochi, fruity one that has fruits inside and the other filled with matcha cream. After you make, you will be served with green tea and taste them at host’s cozy dining room.
(If you are vegetarian, I will substitute bean paste for whipped cream.)
