In this class, you actually make Sushi roll (makizushi). We can make sushi rolls using various ingredients such as cucumber, mushrooms, carrot, spinach, Natto, umeboshi, and so on. We can also make Japanese traditional soup called “Sumashijiru” and Tempura.
This class takes place in my kitchen and dining room so you can relax and enjoy cooking with homelike atmosphere.
