《Optional drink》
We have a variety of alcoholic drinks and Japanese tea, Herb tea, Flavor tea and Coffee.
Gyoza are fried dumplings with vegetable and meat ingredients in a flour wrapper.
The gyoza filling contains vegetables flavored with garlic and ginger.
The filling includes napa cabbage and pork.
We have gyoza made with only vegetables.
We also have gyoza made without garlic.
The sauce is made with soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil.
Add some chili oil to the sauce to make it even more delicious.
Chinese dumplings, known as "gyoza" in Japan, are made by wrapping minced meat and finely chopped vegetables in a thin wheat flour skin.
They can be cooked in a variety of ways, including boiling, steaming, baking, or eating them in soup.
This time, we will be making pan-fried dumplings, a Japanese-style dumpling filled with minced pork and cabbage.
There are many different recipes for dumplings, but the most common filling is ground pork, cabbage, green onions, and other seasonings.
These ingredients are mixed together to make the filling, which will then be stuffed into gyoza skins (Chinese dumpling skins).
For this lesson, we will use commercially available gyoza skins.
If you would like to make your own skins, please send us a message after booking.
*This is an optional extra, paid in cash on the day.
