In Our cooking class ,we make Gyoza and Ramen.
Gyoza are dumplings filled with ground meat and vegetables and wrapped in a thin dough. We often make Yaki gyoza(pan fried), but if you wish, we can prepare sui gyoza(doiled).
Ramen is a noodle soup dish that was originally imported from China and has became one of most popular dishes in Japan in recent decades.
Soup ca be selected from soy sauce and tonkotsu (dazed on pork bones), and chashu(roast pork) if you like.
Start your making a gyoza.
First step is to make gyoza filling,by cutting vegetables and mixed them with ground meat and seasoning.
Next step is to wrap gyoza filing.
Don’t worry if your dumplings don’t look great at the beginning.
The filling the gyoza will taste just fine as long as the wrappers are closed ariund.
Ramen is easier to cook because we will start from boiling fresh noodle.
Choose your favorite topping, and make your own ramen.
