Ramen is a most popular Japanese dish I guess!
It is a noodle soup dish, and there are so many flavors, such as Shoyu Ramen(soy sauce) , Miso Ramen, Tonkotsu ( pork bone broth) Ramen and so on.
In this lesson, we try to make Ramen without animal products.

-Vegan Gyoza

Gyoza is a dumpling using wrapping thing dough to hold the inner ingredients.
Most commonly, minced pork, cabbage, Garlic and Leek.
The origin of Gyoza is from China but it has evolved uniquely in Japan and now quite different from the Chinese one.

We offer lessons, teach you techniques to make gluten free, vegan and vegetarian versions of these dishes.
