In this lesson, we try to make Ramen without animal products.
Gyoza is a dumpling using wrapping thing dough to hold the inner ingredients.
Most commonly, minced pork, cabbage, Garlic and Leek.
The origin of Gyoza is from China but it has evolved uniquely in Japan and now quite different from the Chinese one.
We offer lessons, teach you techniques to make gluten free, vegan and vegetarian versions of these dishes.
In our cooking class, we can cook Vegan Japanese Ramen and Gyoza(Japanese dumplings) together!
You can learn and experience Authentic Taste and techniques to make Japanese Ramen and Gyoza in Vegan.
We also offer take home recipes, then you can make them again even if you go back to your countries.
