In my classroom, I make chirashi sushi. Mix vinegar with rice to make vinegared rice. Season the vegetables to mix and decorate with shrimp, eggs and colorful vegetables. Cut, boil, and serve meat and potatoes. Tea bowl steaming starts with making a fragrant soup. Let's also try cutting vegetables.
