Maki-zushi
Maki-zushi (sushi roll) is a kind of sushi which uses a big sized seaweed to roll. First we put vinegar rice on the seaweed, then some kinds of fillings. After that we roll them together. When we roll the sushi, we use special tool called Sumaki.
There are some traditional style makizushi, for example we put fresh tuna, salmon, japanese style omlet, cucumber and so on. But you can also make your own style makizushi.
