Cooking Class Information

I try to cook simple, delicious and healthy food.
We basically use olive oil for Japanese food, use pesticide-free or reduced-pesticide vegetables as much as possible.
And make the most of the original taste of ingredients instead of artificial seasonings. Instead of using white sugar, sweeten with natural sugar, mirin or sake.
In spring you may be able to make wild vegetable tempura.
Family members all like sashimi, so they often eat it. It is delicious when eaten with Japanese herbs and spices such as perilla and wasabi.
