I'm the founder of ShiZen Tea , a Japanese tea cafe in Ningyocho-Ninhonbashi. For more than 7 years of study of Japanese Tea, I have gone to many tea farms and tea factory around Japan. Through the study, I have gained concrete knowledge of Japanese tea and been certified as the Japanese Tea Adviser. We specialize in how to brew/infuse the Japanese tea and have served many customers in Japan through our cafe.
This time we would like to introduce the full and various range of Japanese Green Tea.
This will be held in our tea cafe at downtown Tokyo, Ningyocho.

Yosuke is a very good host. I always like green tea and it is a great experience to be able to try 14 difference kinds of green tea with him. He gives very good explanation about each type and how their taste can vary depending on many different factors and production methods. Would highly recommend!
