During this 90-minute workshop you’ll prepare traditional Belgian waffle dough, cook it and decorate it with cream, chocolate and seasonal fruits!
No previous cooking experience is necessary, and kids are welcome too.
After a short introduction, we’ll go through the recipe, split into teams and start cooking.
Once your batter is ready to be used, you will bake it and get to eat as many waffles as you can !
We provide everything you need: all ingredients, cooking gear, waffle irons, a demonstration, and assistance.
Feel free to make the craziest topping combinations and take pictures! Every participant will receive a complimentary drink to enjoy with his/her waffles.

Hey! I'm Titch, I was born in Belgium and I travel giving cooking classes (mainly chocolate and waffles!). I have been making delicious waffles for many years until I decided it was time to move on the Belgian food chain and I started learning about chocolates! After many years of practice, I am happy to host this technical - yet accessible to anyone 12+ years old - praline and mendiants chocolate making class.
I have had the chance to travel to many countries, especially Peru to learn more on the reality of the cocoa production and the whole chain from the plant to our workshop in Brussels, I am proud to use only the best fair trade chocolate, come share the joy!
