- "Hey! I'm Titch, I was born in Belgium and I travel giving cooking classes (mainly chocolate and waffles!). I have been making delicious waffles for many years until I decided it was time to move on the Belgian food chain and I started learning about chocolates! After many years of practice, I am happy to host this technical - yet accessible to anyone 12+ years old - praline and mendiants chocolate making class. I have had the chance to travel to many countries, especially Peru to learn more on the reality of the cocoa production and the whole chain from the plant to our workshop in Brussels, I am proud to use only the best fair trade chocolate, come share the joy!"
