This class will start with a visit to the market by bicycle by passing visiting pagoda and temple along the river. Our chef will help you to choose the best ingredients. Taste our traditional food, coffee and goat yoghourt.
Back to visit my mother garden and being explaining about diverse herbs for best combination in cooking, gathering vegetables and start cooking lesson.
The menu for cooking has 3 mains courses base on the seasonal of ingredients.
Finally have lunch with the amazing dishes you made. Lunch will combine with a local beer and wine, water or soft drink as you prefer.
