A comprehensive hands-on cookery course given by Executive chef Fabrizio Merli.. who will teach you to make a stunning 3 course meal.. covering all the basic & advanced Italian cooking techniques, from Appetizer, fresh pasta, meat – fish main course, vegetarian side dish to finish with delicious dessert…
Fabrizio Believes there's a cook inside everyone, and all you need to do to discover it, is to dig in, with Both your Hands. Chef Fabrizio will follow you step by step explaining the richness and quality of local products and will increase your natural love for food and provide you with the skills you need to translate this love into beautiful and imaginative cuisine, even once you return home.

Chef Fabrizio .. Born in Arezzo Tuscan, in a family producing Chianti and olive oil, Fabrizio quickly fell in love with Tuscany’s flavours as a child and learned his cooking skills from grandmother. after a long apprenticeship and degrees .. I experience as head chef ,in various countries around the world ..Today, back home works as a chef and holds cooking classes in my new homestay villa and restaurant in Arezzo Tuscany, or at your location.
My only goal "through my cuisine", is to make you fall in love with the rich Tuscany traditions, like i do..
