To guarantee the high quality service We suggest that the groups do not exceed 15 participants, more people are welcome to have meal at the end.
Pick up your own menu from a wide choice of seasonal menu that will be offered. The seasonal menu is decided with the client, vegetarian and food allergy options are available.

Chef Fabrizio .. Born in Arezzo Tuscan, in a family producing Chianti and olive oil, Fabrizio quickly fell in love with Tuscany’s flavours as a child and learned his cooking skills from grandmother. after a long apprenticeship and degrees .. I experience as head chef ,in various countries around the world ..Today, back home works as a chef and holds cooking classes in my new homestay villa and restaurant in Arezzo Tuscany, or at your location.
My only goal "through my cuisine", is to make you fall in love with the rich Tuscany traditions, like i do..
