Basically, I make dashi rolls, which are also traditional Japanese dishes and home-cooked dishes. The big difference from the omelet, which is also the same egg dish, is that the egg is mixed with Japanese soup stock (taken from kelp, bonito flakes, and dried sardines) to create a fluffy texture.

I have seven years experience working in a restaurant. I learned the pleasure of teaching cooking.
