Tagliatelle is a savory egg pasta, perfect with some ragù or some seasonal veggies! It's a long kind of pasta, very easy to make and fun at the same time!

You cannot leave Tuscany without making the Tuscan pasta pae excellence: Pici! They are similar to spaghetti, but they are thicker and perfect with some game meat sauce!

You will learn how to make the best sauce for your pasta.
We're gonna use different seasonal vegetables for the tagliatelle sauce; then you will prepare the butter and the sage for the gnocchi (simple but delicious!) and finally, a cherry tomatoes, parsley and garlic sauce for the Pici!

After the cooking class, you can relax and enjoy the food you have made paired with our organic and biodynamic wines and extra virgin olive oils!
In addition, you will have a selection of Tuscan cold meats and cheeses after the pasta!

Join our family for a 3-hour cooking experience in a typical Tuscan kitchen that overlooks our vineyards and olive trees.
You’re going to learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch and all secrets to make it “al dente”. An exclusive cooking class dedicated to pasta surrounded by the wine and extra virgin olive oil aromas.
The experience starts with our vineyard and olive grove tour together with a family member. Then, you will be led in our rustic kitchen and you will learn how to make three types of fresh pasta, Pici, Tagliatelle and Gnocchi.
Each type of pasta will be paired with a Tuscan sauce made with seasonal vegetables.
Then, you will be led to your table to eat what you have prepared, and each course will be paired with a different organic wine and all our extra virgin olive oils.
This experience is a real journey in Tuscan flavors made of simple and fresh ingredients.
Besides the cooking experience, you will have the chance to have a real wine tasting with at least four of our organic wines.

Hello! My name is Pietro and I'm the owner of the organic winery Podere la Marronaia, located in the medieval town of San Gimignano in Tuscany, Italy.
Since 2000 my family and I produce organic and bio-dynamic wines and extra virgin olive oils, but, in the last few years we have decided to open the door of our winery for a one-of-a-kind Tuscan Cooking Experience!
