Our variant uses a soy cutlet instead and a plant based curry roux as well.

    Rice is a staple food in Japan. In all most every family, there is a rice cooker. There is variety of Japanese rice brands such as Koshihikari and Hitomebore.

Cooking Class Information

In this cooking class, we cook Vegan Cutlet Curry, and Salad with homemade plant-based dressing together!

Katsu curry is a Japanese take on curry accompanied by a cutlet. (which is typically pork)
We will use soy meat instead of pork in this class.

First, we do a preparation for soy meat cutlet by using soy meat.

We will make homemade dressing and Vegetarian Curry Lou.

Deep fry soy meat cutlet after season with condiment and form it in a cutlet shape.

Finally, Serve and you're done!
