In this class, we will use glutenfree rice flour called komeko in Japanese.
There are 3 flavors you can choose from;
1. Amazake bagel - topping: cranberry
2. Matcha bagel - topping: amanatto
3. Cocoa bagel - topping: chocolate

I'm Chisato, I work at an international company in Hyogo Prefecture.
I was born and grew in Osaka, and I studied in the US for 1 year when I was in college.
I started baking bread right before the COVID started, and I got a certificate of KOMEKO (gluten-free rice flour) baking instructor last year.
