【 Japanese home-cooked rice balls "Onigiri" and Tamagoyaki and Miso soup with Kyoto specialty tofu】
・You can choose from 3 types of Japanese home-cooked rice balls
・2 types of tamagoyaki (broiled omelet or sweet) Tamagoyaki)
・Miso soup with Kyoto specialty tofu and seaweed
We will make 3 types of rice balls, and Tamagoyaki and Miso soup.
The rice balls are made with the popular tuna mayonnaise, salmon, and sesame kelp.
We will use a clay pot for rice, and teach you how to wash it, how long to soak it in water, and how long to steam it. You can cook fluffy and delicious rice by using a clay pot.
I also make Miso soup and Tamagoyaki while the rice is cooking.
For the miso soup, we use Kyoto's famous "TOFU" and wakame seaweed.
For Tamagoyaki, you can choose whichever you like from 2 types: rolled omelet with dashi stock or sweet omelet.

We had a wonderful time with Bell. Everything was very well prepared. We went through the different recipes step by step. We really appreciated that Bell gave us useful instructions and then let us cook. The food was delicious. There was a warm joyful atmosphere in the house. We thoroughly enjoyed the time with bell and can really recommend the cooking class with her.

Thank you very much for coming to my cooking class. I was able to spend a wonderful time with you two. Rice balls and miso soup tamagoyaki are simple but very profound. Even though it was your first time, you two were able to make tamagoyaki and everything well. I hope you can make delicious rice balls in your home.
