【 Japanese home-cooked rice balls "Onigiri" and Tamagoyaki and Miso soup with Kyoto specialty tofu】
・You can choose from 3 types of Japanese home-cooked rice balls
・2 types of tamagoyaki (broiled omelet or sweet) Tamagoyaki)
・Miso soup with Kyoto specialty tofu and seaweed
・Mugi tea
We will make 3 types of rice balls, and Tamagoyaki and Miso soup.
The rice balls are made with the popular tuna mayonnaise, salmon, and sesame kelp.
We will use a clay pot for rice, and teach you how to wash it, how long to soak it in water, and how long to steam it. You can cook fluffy and delicious rice by using a clay pot.
I also make Miso soup and Tamagoyaki while the rice is cooking.
For the miso soup, we use Kyoto's famous "TOFU" and wakame seaweed.
For Tamagoyaki, you can choose whichever you like from 2 types: rolled omelet with dashi stock or sweet omelet.
