Cooking Class Information

We will make 3 types of rice balls, and Tamagoyaki and Miso soup.
The rice balls are made with the popular tuna mayonnaise, salmon, and sesame kelp.
We will use a clay pot for rice, and teach you how to wash it, how long to soak it in water, and how long to steam it. You can cook fluffy and delicious rice by using a clay pot.
I also make Miso soup and Tamagoyaki while the rice is cooking.
For the miso soup, we use Kyoto's famous "TOFU" and wakame seaweed.

For Tamagoyaki, you can choose whichever you like from 2 types: rolled omelet with dashi stock or sweet omelet.

Thank you very much for coming to my cooking class. I was able to spend a wonderful time with you two. Rice balls and miso soup tamagoyaki are simple but very profound. Even though it was your first time, you two were able to make tamagoyaki and everything well. I hope you can make delicious rice balls in your home. If you have any questions about how to prepare these dishes, feel free to contact me. Thank you very much.
