At 10.30am you will arrive at Casa de Mondo in Boliquieme. A hidden away rustic 200 year old Farm House. Harriett and Mondo your hosts will greet you and we will start with Coffee and biscuits and a small introduction to everyone.
Then our wonderful Chef will begin by guiding you through the process of making the most traditional Portuguese Cakes. Pastel de Nata.
After that you will begin in a very relaxed style the preparation for the Cataplana and Gaspacheo.
Once all the preparations are made then you begin to build them.
Then after you will share the three course meal with Fresh local ingredients with our wonderful team to look after you.
Coffee teas and soft drinks served all day and then Wine with lunch .
We have fun play great music and enjoy life in our warm relaxed atmosphere.
