Our experience takes place at Home: at your arrival we'll introduce each other, chatting a bit and drinking something typical depending the seasons: orange/lemon fresh juice, mint/lemon tea etc. Then we'll have a look to the ingredients to decide the menu of the day; you will cook everything from the scratch led by me. I will explain to you the origin of every dish and you will learn how much sicilian cousine is bolt to our history...
During the class, you can take pictures, videos and notes but we'll provide the recipes earlier o soon after the class. After cooking you will have the dinner in the terrace or in the dining room, sometime we'll join to you to continue our cultural exchange!

Ciao! My name is Deborah, Deb for friends. I've been always passionate in cooking: since I was a child, I spent a lot of time observing and helping Mum and my GrandMa cooking for family and still today when my children come back home I prepare something special for them. Moreover date to 2017 I'm a professional Chef and keep courses of Sicilian Cousine in my beautiful Kitchen, at home. This allow my guests to live a real, authentic experience sharing not just recipes.
In all these years I learned from my guests, about their cultures, habits, life style etc much more then I could teach to them. I will never be more grateful for this!
