Handrolled egg pasta stuffed with ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese and fresh parsley, served with a butter and sage sauce;
- Gnocchi al pomodoro
Handmade potato dumplings served with a simple but delicious tomato sauce;
The menù may change depensing on seasonality and will take into account eventual dietary restrictions of the students
In this cooking class the student will learn how to knead, roll and shape different kinds of pasta. Three different pastas will be made (tagliatelle, tortelloni and gnocchi) including the stuffing for the filled pasta. The students will also prepare the pasta toppings, including the traditional ragù alla bolognese with a detailed explanation of the traditional recipe and its history.
At the end of the class the students will eat what they prepared with water and a glass of local wine.
