-Nerikiri Japanese traditional sweets
【what is Netikiri?】
Japanese "nerikiri" is a traditional sweet confection made from sweet white bean paste and shaped into intricate, colorful designs, often resembling seasonal motifs or flowers.
Nerikiri is a very sweet confection in Japan, often enjoyed alongside matcha tea. In the past, it was considered a delicacy reserved for the aristocracy, hence its name "jou-namagashi," meaning "upper-class confectionery."
Using nerikiri dough, we'll create two adorable sweets, each around 3cm x 3cm in size.
The designs vary with the seasons.
The lesson is scheduled for 2 hours, but it may extend as needed.
