[Kitsune-don] One of Kyoto's specialty dishes. Deep-fried tofu stewed with green onions in a sweet and spicy sauce is placed on top of rice. Sprinkle powdered sansho (Mountain pepper)on top.
・Thick Fried Tofu and Vegetable Simmered A home-style dish of delicious Kyoto deep-fried tofu, root vegetables, vegetables, konjac, and other ingredients simmered together that you won't get tired of even if you eat it every day.
・Seasonal vegetable dish
Vinegared Cucumber A refreshing dish of cucumber and seaweed tossed in sweet vinegar or greens with sesame seed eith soy source.
・Miso Soup A warm soup made with miso, a fermented Japanese food, and vegetables and tofu in kelp stock.

    Miso soup is a traditional Japanese soup. It's base is "dashi" (Japanese fish stock) and Miso paste. Common added ingredients are Tofu, Green onion and deep‐fried tofu but differs by personal preference. The type of miso is different from region. In western and Easter Japan white miso is mostly used.

Vegan Japanese Home Cooking Class Kyoto Home Cooking [Obanzai] Class. Obanzai means home cooking. Japanese cuisine is often based on vegetables, making it perfect for vegans. My recipes combine ingredients that are easily and cheaply available around the world. If an ingredient is not available around the world, I will introduce another one.

For example,Cucumber vinegared dish. Thinly sliced cucumber and wakame seaweed tossed in sweet and sour sauce. Or green with sesame seed with soy source.
[Miso soup] A warm soup made with miso, a representative Japanese fermented food, and tofu and vegetables in kelp stock.
