Menu: Seafood Rolls, Tempura & Matcha Experience
In this class, we will cook two popular Japanese dishes.
First, we make seafood rolls using fresh ingredients. Rolling sushi is fun and easy to try, even for beginners.
Next, we cook crispy tempura, a traditional Japanese dish made with vegetables. You will learn the tips to fry tempura light and tasty.
After enjoying the meal together, you can also experience a Japanese tea ceremony with matcha and traditional sweets. It will be a relaxing and memorable way to enjoy Japanese culture.
Description:
We start the class with seafood rolls. First, I will introduce the ingredients, and you can try cutting the fresh fish with a knife. We will also make sushi vinegar together. Then we put rice and toppings on the seaweed and roll it. Don’t worry, I will support you step by step, so even beginners can enjoy it.
Next, we prepare the vegetables for tempura. After that, we fry them in oil and serve them beautifully on a plate. Then it’s photo time—you can enjoy taking pictures of the colorful dishes before eating.
Finally, we have a matcha experience. First, we enjoy traditional Japanese sweets, and then you will try the tea ceremony yourself. I will show you the tools and manners, and you can make your own bowl of matcha to enjoy.
