Stuffed with a a variety of fillings and flavors, these rice balls make an ideal quick snack and are a fun alternative to sandwitches for lunch.

    Miso soup is a traditional Japanese soup. It's base is "dashi" (Japanese fish stock) and Miso paste. Common added ingredients are Tofu, Green onion and deep‐fried tofu but differs by personal preference. The type of miso is different from region. In western and Easter Japan white miso is mostly used.

Everyone's favorite Japanese rolled omelet, Tamagoyaki is sweetly seasoned and is often found in bento boxes or breakfast. It is made using a square frying pan.

Miso soup is one of the most important dishes in Japanese home cooking. We have Miso soup almost everyday.
We use dashi (Japanese stock) and miso (fermented soybean paste).

Goma-ae. It means “spinach dressed with sesame sauce.”
 It’s a simple and healthy Japanese side dish.
 Grinding sesame seeds releases a wonderful aroma — please enjoy it!
