Begin with a market tour, where you’ll select fresh ingredients and learn about local produce. Then, head to our kitchen to cook 4–5 classic dishes, guided by our local guide who will share the stories, history, and cultural significance behind each recipe.
Your experience is complemented with Vietnamese coffee, a cooking lesson in local rice liquor, and the chance to taste your creations together.
For your convenience, we provide free pick-up and drop-off within Hanoi’s Old Quarter, making your experience seamless and stress-free.
Kim’s Kitchen is a hands-on cooking experience of the traditional Vietnamese ways of eating and drinking.
Our activities include market tour to purchase the ingredients, then head to the Kitchen and cook 4 to 5 dishes along with their stories and historical facts of how the dish came to be. Accompanied by coffee, making class and free Vietnamese rice liquor.
There will be free pick up and drop off at the customer's destination within the Hanoi Old Quarter as well.
