In this cooking class, we will make a delicious Japanese home-style cafe plate together!
We will prepare fluffy Onigiri (rice balls), crispy Karaage (fried chicken) made with just 3 basic seasonings, sweet and savory Tamagoyaki (rolled omelet), authentic dashi Miso Soup, and chewy Shiratama Dango with rich matcha sauce for dessert.
You will learn how to gently shape rice balls and roll thin layers of egg using a traditional rectangular pan. Finally, we will style everything beautifully on a traditional bamboo basket called a "Bonzaru"!
All recipes are simple and designed so you can easily recreate them in your own kitchen back home. Let’s cook, chat, and enjoy a cozy time together!
