You can learn great umami Japanese stock (savory stock), which is the key to make authentic Japanese dishes. After cooking, please start with picking up Yuba, and enjoy eating it with various condiments.
And cook Takoyaki with Terumi’s original recipe which can make the outside crunchy and the inside creamy.
For your beverage, sake tasting set is one of options. There are soft drink too.

Cook with Terumi who started cooking Japanese original dishes with her grandma, mother, sister, and cousins from her early age. First of all, she will prepare Japanese fundamental stock with dried kelp & dried bonito. For great umami dashi (savory dashi), she will explain what type of dried kelp is used for umami dashi. And there are two ways to be used. With the first dashi, we will make Japanese clear soup with steamed white fish, and with the second dashi we will make citrus dressing salad with fresh vegetables available on the scheduled date, Terumi's original Takoyaki (the outside crunchy and the inside creamy) In this workshop we'll make some other dishes suitable for sake. I believe that all are suitable for any alcohol in your country.

My love for food started from very young age. After living in US for school, and loved to travel around overseas, I got even more obsessed with international cuisines and Japanese tea cultures. So I launched my worldwide Cooking Class in 2008 to Japanese people, and launched my Japanese Cooking Class and Local Tour to people from oversea in 2020.
