( This is only my house: for 4 people max)

Kaiseki Ryori was produced by Tea master” Sennorikyu” in 16C. the honor of Tea party served guests food that was called “ Kaiseki Ryori”, but base of KAISEKI came from 懐石(warmup stone)
Priest tried to warm up with warm stone at his pocket of kimono when they have had hard training without food.
Warmup your heart with Kaiseki. Then it turned to Kaiseki Ryori(懐石料理)。Simple Kaiseki is 5 menus. we cook hearlthy 8 menu among them.

    Sake

    Japanese popular alcoholic drink must be Sake, or called Nihonshu, made from fermented rice. The foundation of good sake is quality rice, clean water, koji mold and yeast. Premium sake differentiates itself in quality of ingredients and production process, so that flavors ranges light and crisp to richer, fruity notes.

We cooked traditional Japanese menu"Osechi" last year. Datemaki egg roll, Hachiman Yaki, Grilled sea beam, boiled shrimp with salt, and Tadukuri

4. Cooking wild mushroom from north Japan

We cooked four different type of mountain mushroom from Northern Japan, recipe was Japanese and Italian combination. everyone had enjoyed.

Hello , My name is Harumi, Please call me Harumin. I am food coordinator.
I am also organizer of "making friends through cooking meetup. My members are over 2,300. I used to have event since June 2018 -2021, 2 years rest due to COVID-19.
I re-stared since 2022.Dec.

I am very happy if you can learn Japanese culture, season's ingredients, and meaning of event menu each month at traditional Japanese menu, also I would like to you enjoy more than leaning recipe.
