Soba(buckwheat noodles) is a traditional dish loved in Japan for a long time.
Soba made from buckwheat flour is boiled and eaten with soba soup.
Hand-rolled sushi is sushi made by wrapping vinegared rice and ingredients with dried seaweed using your own hands.
When making hand-rolled sushi at
