Introduction: "Hello, my name is Miguel. My wife and I have been cooking for more than 30 years. My wife Lucia was a professional cook for the Government. For a few years we decided to publicize the true gastronomy of Andalusia. There is a mistake where tourists believe that "paella" is the traditional dish of Spain. But it is not like that, Spain is a Mediterranean country with a rich gastronomy inherited from the Roman, Phoenician and Arab cultures. We try that our guests enjoy learning authentic Andalusian dishes, also our house is 190 years old, full of history in each place. My uncle, the former owner of the house, was a renowned flamenco dancer. Gastronomy, History and Culture are the main dishes of our proposal."
