The simplest way to define who I am, and for what expressive needs my food project "Insideat" is born, it is necessary to clearly understand what I believe in more than anything else.
I believe in the culture in its many different facets, the amazing beauty of diversity.
Hence the passion for communication, travel and food, elements that blend together with the only goal of creating a bridge between cultures.
Culture is definable as the set of intellectual cognitions matured during studies and personal experiences, reworked from simple notions to constitutive elements of one's own being, briefly awareness of one’ self here and now.
The Insideat project was born from this definition, transforming simple food and wine experiences, closely linked to Italian culture, into small elements of culinary awareness.
