Now I’m teaching table manners, Tofu making, shojinryori, plant based wagashi and table style Japanese tea ceremony for several years. My family run a Japanese confectionery for 100 years. So I have wagashi skills. And I’m a certificated tofu meister, aburaage meister, and table style tea ceremony instructor.
