"Hello, I’m Flora. I'm Japanese. I'm new here at airKitchen. I ran a French restaurant for 20 years. I was the chef and sommeliere. Now I’m teaching table manners, Tofu making, shojinryori, plant based wagashi and table style Japanese tea ceremony for several years. My family run a Japanese confectionery for 100 years. So I have wagashi skills. And I’m a certificated tofu meister, aburaage meister, and table style tea ceremony instructor. If you'd like to know about wagashi, tofu or chanoyu, you must join my class!!! I love to cook Shojin style cuisine around the world using tofu. I’d love to share Zen spirit & recipes with you. "
