- "Welcome to our sushi class! In our sushi making class, you can learn how to make nigiri sushi and sushi rolls. The venues are located in the center of Kyoto, a 7-minute walk from Shijo Kawaramachi. The ingredients arrive fresh everyday from our seafood wholesalers located in the Kyoto Central Wholesale Market. Our Master Sushi Chefs have over 30 years experience and some of our chefs have sake grading skills and qualifications. At our main shop a party of 4-8 people can book a event. We also have a separate venue that can accommodate up to 40 people. In addition, it is also possible to experience our sushi class at your hotel or at any desired location. Once your sushi is made, you can enjoy eating it the right away."
