We offer Nigiri Sushi making class.
We make three type of sushi ; Nigiri , Gunkan and Hosomaki.
Premium sushi, which we call "Jyou Nigiri".
Jyou Sushi consists of 5 Nigiri , 1 Gunkan, and 6 sliced of Hosomaki.
All the fish are fresh and our Sushi chief go to wholesale fish market to buy fishes.
In this class, we make Traditional Japanese Nigiri Sushi, Gunkan, and Hosomaki.
Hosomki is kind of Maki Sushi using Nori and Makisu, which is Bamboo mat.
We teach step by step, so even beginner can make nice Sushi.
When you finish making, we all can eat your hand made Sushi as a Lunch.

Welcome to our sushi class!
In our sushi making class, you can learn how to make nigiri sushi and sushi rolls.
The venues are located in the center of Kyoto, a 7-minute walk from Shijo Kawaramachi. The ingredients arrive fresh everyday from our seafood wholesalers located in the Kyoto Central Wholesale Market.
Our Master Sushi Chefs have over 30 years experience and some of our chefs have sake grading skills and qualifications. At our main shop a party of 4-8 people can book a event. We also have a separate venue that can accommodate up to 40 people. In addition, it is also possible to experience our sushi class at your hotel or at any desired location. Once your sushi is made, you can enjoy eating it the right away.
