It was a pleasant experience for me and my wife. The host is warm-hearted (And kept trying to feed me as many grandmas do) and experienced teacher for those who are not familiar with the Japanese cuisine. I won't be able to forget the lovely time that I spent there.

Machiko is a really nice hostess! You really get an athentic Japanse cooking experience, going to a local supermarket and cooking at Machikos home. Besides learning how to make sushi and a Japanse omlet, you learn about the Japanese culture through a local. Really recommend it!
