• Latte in Piedi: a Bolognese classic, its name meaning “standing milk”, is served in loaf pans for its distinctive upright presentation. This indulgent treat features a rich milk base subtly caramelised for a delightful sweetness, offering a taste of home with every slice.
Lasagna is cherished worldwide, earning its place as a beloved comfort food in countless homes. But did you know that it originated right here in Bologna? The earliest reference to lasagna can be traced back to a Bolognese poem from 1282.
